A dialogue between two friends on a bus stand
Saima: Oh, what a long queue!
Fraha: And how crowded the buses are!
S: All the seats are occupied.
F: There is a little standing room only.
S: Then we may have to keep standing all the way.
F: How many buses ply along this route?
S: About ten. Buses run every fifteen minutes.
F: The State Transport Corporation should put up special buses during Mela Chraghan.
S: It's not possible, because the corporation is now a white elephant.
F: Why so?
S: People travel without ticket.
F: God Heavens!
